About Us
Offshore Wind Power Marine Services™ was formed because of a growing need for dependable offshore wind farm support vessels (WFSV) throughout the UK and Europe. Formerly known as Sea Charter Services, we have over 35 years experience in the charter business. We were originally involved with the construction of the UK's first large scale offshore wind farm project at North Hoyle built during 2003. We continue to maintain a presence at North Hoyle for logistical purposes. Our success to date has been built on our track record of delivering a reliable and professional service, which makes us one of the world's leading service providers in the renewables industry.
Our success can be measured by the number of quality companies throughout Europe who have used our professional services. As a result of our commitment to developing new ideas to aid contractors and operators alike we are sure our services will continue be at the forefront of offshore project development. We operate to the highest safety levels and crew certifications, and have been audited by Shell, BHP Billiton, Van Oord Offshore, Siemens, Dong energy, npower renewables, ABB Power Technologies, Vestas Offshore, MT Hojgaard, Nobel Denton BOMEL Ltd.
